On ne fait JAMAIS trotter ou galoper un cheval sur des pavés => ca glisse. D'ailleurs on voit bien que le sable qui recouvre la route n'est pas assez large pour le passage des chevaux.

Mais qu'ils sont cons ils sont attachés les uns derrière les autres en plein trop c'est logique que si un cheval trébuche il y en aura au moins un qui sera aussi entraîné dans sa chute. Je ne comprends pas comment ils ont pu laissé faire un tel défilé ( au pas cela aurait été très bien mais là... )
Surtout qu'ils galopent presque sur du beton sa parait logique c dangeureux!

C'est une tradition qui date de plus de 150 ans de faire un défilé au pas et au galop afin de rappeler la mémoire de saint Éloi patron des agriculteurs et chevaux de trait ayant sauvé la région au moyen âge d'une épidémie tuant absolument tout les chevaux de Provence.

"crotch rockets" being high revving and high pitch do allow the sound to travel a long distance, lower tone v-twin configs can be heard, all be it louder at closer range though. at the end of the day, if they don't know youre there, they still will not likely hear you.
Josh Whitwell I believe your claims are considerably exaggerated, however, the reason bass travels so far is that the wave length of low frequencies is considerably longer. A 20hz frequency has a wave length of about 56 feet whereas a 1khz frequency wave length is just over 1 foot. And the reason bass travels outside the car so much better then high frequencies has to do with resonant frequencies. If a sound wave can excite a wall at a given frequency (cause it to vibrate), that frequency will be able to pass through the wall because it's vibrating the wall that the same frequency it's playing. If the resonant frequency is too high or too low, the sound will bounce off rather then go through it. This is why sound deadening enhances sound systems the way it does.
